Well equipped studio for up to 4 people. We are on a safe street, close to the center of Blumenau (4 km) and Vila Germânica (2 km). The room has a standard double box-spring bed and two single box-spring beds, Smart TV, kitchen with electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and other utensils for making your meals. Bathroom is private and has towels. Wifi included. On-site parking, open in front of the building and covered in an attached parking lot. It has hot/cold air conditioning.

The Studio has a standard double bed in the bedroom (138x188cm) and two single box-spring beds (0.88x1.88), bedside table with lamp. The TV allows access to streaming services (Disney, Prime Video, etc.) and applications such as YouTube. For your comfort, the room also has sheets, pillowcases, pillows, bed covers and plush blankets. It has hot/cold air conditioning.

The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and other utensils to make your meals in peace. The bathroom is private and has bath and face towels, as well as complimentary 2-in-1 shampoo and soap.

Access to the Studio is via the stairs. Nearby you can find a bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, banks within a short walk.

We also offer on-site parking (rotational), in front of the building and also covered, on nearby land.

We are located in Bairro Velha, in a quiet residential area, about 4 km from the center of Blumenau and 2 km from Vila Germânica, where the city's main events take place, including Oktoberfest, Shows, Business Fairs, Easter attractions and Christmas.
